- Cakes, flowers, chocolates, and other fresh items cannot be returned, since they do not last.
- Personalized and made to order gifts cannot be returned, since they are made just for you.
- If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, please contact us quickly and we will make it right.
- For other unused items in their original packaging, you can ask for a return within 7 days.

Interpretation
Words with a capital first letter have meanings defined below. These definitions mean the same thing whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund and Returns Policy:
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this policy) refers to Giftlee, Karachi, Pakistan.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Giftlee, accessible at https://giftlee.pk/
- You means the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual is using the Service.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of the nature of our products, the following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fresh items such as cakes, flowers, bouquets, chocolates, and food hampers, since they do not last and may spoil.
- Personalized or made to order Goods, such as custom gifts, printed items, and resin art, since they are created to your specifications.
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated.
This is normal for fresh and custom products and helps us keep quality high for everyone.
Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items
We pack and deliver every order with care. Still, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we want to fix it.
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number and a few clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and offer a suitable solution, which may be a replacement, a store credit, or a refund, depending on the case.
Quick reporting is important for fresh items like cakes and flowers, since they cannot be checked once time has passed.
Order Cancellation
You may ask to cancel an order before we begin preparing or dispatching it. Once a fresh, personalized, scheduled, or same day order is in preparation or on its way, it can no longer be cancelled, since work or delivery has already started.
For eligible non perishable Goods, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of receiving the item, as set out in the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns
For Goods that are not fresh, personalized, or otherwise excluded above, a return may be possible if:
- The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
If your return is approved, our team will share the return address with you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the Goods back to us.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost on the way back. We recommend a trackable and insured delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund until we receive the returned item or proof of return delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we will process the refund using your original payment method. We aim to complete approved refunds within 14 days, and you will not be charged any fee for this.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return, once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, any approved refund will be sent to the gift giver.
